KentDevTools provides WordPress plugins both free (available at no cost) and Pro (available via paid license). All plugins are designed to extend the functionality of WordPress-powered websites.
We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or replace any plugin at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for any significant changes to Pro plugins.
3. License Terms
When you purchase a Pro plugin or download a free plugin from kentdevtools.com, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin subject to the conditions below.

License Plans — Site Limits
- Single Plugin License: 1 website only.
- Pro Bundle: Up to 5 websites.
- Agency: License unlimited websites (client sites included).
- Free Plugins: No site limit, licensed under GPL v2 or later.
4. Purchases and Payments
All prices on kentdevtools.com are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe / PayPal). We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- A purchase confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
- Access to your plugin download(s) via your account dashboard.
- Your license key(s) to activate the plugin.
5. Renewals and Cancellations
Pro plugin licenses are sold as annual subscriptions. Your license will automatically renew each year at the current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@kentdevtools.com.
- After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Plugin downloads and updates will stop after the license expires. The plugin will continue to work on your site but will no longer receive updates or support.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plugin licenses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will issue a full refund no questions asked.
Refund requests after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Refunds are not available for renewal charges if you have already used the plugin during that renewal period.

7. Updates and Support
Active (paid) licenses include:
- Automatic plugin updates for the duration of your license period.
- Access to our support team via email at support@kentdevtools.com.
- Access to our documentation and knowledge base.
We aim to respond to all support requests within 1–2 business days. Pro Bundle and Agency customers receive priority support.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on kentdevtools.com including plugin code, documentation, logos, graphics, and text — is owned by KentDevTools or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
Free plugins are released under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPL-2.0) or later. Pro plugins are proprietary software licensed (not sold) to you under these terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission from KentDevTools, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
⚠️ Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that any plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress theme or third-party plugin.
While we thoroughly test all our plugins, WordPress environments vary widely. We recommend testing on a staging site before deploying on a live website. We are not responsible for any issues caused by conflicts with third-party themes or plugins.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KentDevTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our plugins or this website—including data loss, lost revenue, or website downtime.
In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the plugin license in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use kentdevtools.com or our plugins to
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our Pro plugins without written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate your license and account without refund if we determine you have violated these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active customers by email. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
