That’s why every paid purchase comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

We do not require you to explain why you want a refund, although feedback is always appreciated so we can improve our products.

How to Request a Refund

1. Send us an email

Email support@kentdevtools.com with the subject line “Refund Request” within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Include your order details

Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email) and the email address you used to purchase.

3. We process your refund

We will confirm your refund within 1–2 business days and process it to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What Is Covered

  • All Pro plugin individual licenses.
  • Pro Bundle purchases.
  • Agency license purchases.
  • Any order placed within the last 30 days.

What Is Not Covered

⚠️ The following are not eligible for refunds under this policy.

  • Free plugins: They are free, so no refund is applicable.
  • Renewal charges after 30 days: If your license has already auto-renewed and more than 30 days have passed since the renewal date, refunds are not available. We send a renewal reminder email 7 days before renewal so you can cancel in time.
  • Purchases older than 30 days: We cannot process refunds for purchases made more than 30 days ago. If you are having a specific issue, contact our support team, and we will do our best to help.
  • Purchases made through third-party resellers: If you purchased through a third party (not directly on kentdevtools.com), please contact that reseller for their refund policy.

Renewals

All Pro plugin licenses renew automatically each year. We will:

  • Send you a renewal reminder email 7 days before your renewal date.
  • Charge the renewal to the payment method on file.

To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription from your account dashboard or by emailing support@kentdevtools.com before the renewal date.

If you cancel after a renewal has already processed and it is within 30 days of that renewal date, you are still eligible for a refund of that renewal charge.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have requested a refund and have not received it within 10 business days, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again; it may take a few days to show.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary.
  • If you have done both and still have not received your refund, email us at support@kentdevtools.com and we will investigate immediately.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you are outside the 30-day window but have a genuine issue, for example, a plugin caused a serious problem on your site or a critical feature stopped working, please contact us. We review these situations individually and will always try to find a fair solution.

Our goal is that every customer is satisfied. We would rather issue a refund and keep your trust than hold onto your money and lose it.
